Do DIY projects make you a little nervous? No worries, not all of them require a crash course in power tools and the possibility of an expensive hospital visit. Case in point: this simple and easy DIY rustic coat hanger by Graca Paz of Aqui Pelo Campo.
There are no set instructions. This project is made from tree branches and recycled wood, but the end result is totally up to you. You can vary the sizes of the branches, add some paint, stenciling or wood stain, or even distress the base board for extra rusticity. It looks like a standard drill or even hammer and nails will hold the branches in place.

Me oh my, the possibilities are endless. This is certainly one DIY project that requires more creativity… and less blood, sweat and tears.
