Standard Window Qualities

• Smooth-opening sash completely opens the window from one side, allowing maximum ventilation and easy cleaning.
• Nested cam-action hinge and handle locks the handle into place when the window is being opened or closed.
• Zinc-coated metal sash securely locks the units at the top and bottom. Locks are profiled to match window jamb contours.
• Hidden tie-bar behind the jamb connects the casement lock, allowing them to operate simultaneously from the bottom sash lock handle.
