PGT horizontal windows come in a large selection of sizes and styles. You have the option of left- or right-sliding sashes, material options of vinyl and aluminum, and extra-strength storm protection with the impact-resistant WinGuard series.
Aluminum (New Construction Only)
The aluminum horizontal slider is a strong, low-maintenance and rust-resistant window. They glide easily on their tracks, making opening and closing your windows a breeze. They come with extra energy efficiency attributes like double weather stripping and interlocking meeting rails to block out wind and rain and keep in home heating & cooling. They offer many grid patterns, including Colony and Cottage. You can even order custom patterns.

Vinyl Horizontal Window Series 400 & 2100
The horizontal window in vinyl is both durable and weather-resistant. This window is extremely low-maintenance – no painting, no rotting and no rusting. The 2100 series is for new construction only. The 400 series is for new construction and replacement windows. The frames are constructed with 100% virgin uPVC vinyl to help prevent color fade. They’re energy efficient with interlocking meeting rails and weather stripping. Both lines come in white and beige.
2100 series features brickmould frames and trim that looks so much like wood that you wouldn’t believe it isn’t. They come with a lifetime warranty on the frame, insulated glass components and hardware. Energy star-compliant, the 2100 series comes standard with double-strength insulating glass and Low-E coating.
The 400 series is an affordable product that’s attractive and built strong with aluminum-reinforced vinyl frames and insulating glass. The windows are silicone-glazed for a tight seal and come with exterior glazing.

SpectraGuard Vinyl
These gorgeous windows are the crème de la crème of PGT’s vinyl window lines. Built to look like wood, they’re rich and luxurious, not to mention energy efficient. Their standard features include double-pane insulating glass, double- or triple-soft coat Low-E, and argon gas for added insulation. For additional efficiency, they also offer an upgraded Climate Control package. The tough 1/8”-thick insulating glass performs exceedingly well during wind storms with a pressure rating of DP 50. They come in beige and white with a full screen removable from the interior.

WinGuard Aluminum
Constructed for severe weather and extra home security, the WinGuard aluminum horizontal window is built to last. It’s like having a bodyguard around 24 hours a day – every day. The unbreakable glass wards off catastrophic hurricane winds and home intruders. It also gives you the added benefit of noise control – it’s the same glass they use in airports.
These windows are available in a large range of sizes and come standard with impact-resistant laminated insulating glass. The movable sash can be easily removed for convenient cleaning and the window comes standard with a half screen.

WinGuard Vinyl
Built with the same security features and noise control as the aluminum WinGuard horizontal line, standard features include impact-resistant laminated insulating glass, full weather stripping and many grid options. The windows come with UV sunlight protection to guard against fabric fading, three design options, a removable half screen and a movable sash for easy cleaning.
