Is the company’s Web site secure for online transactions to protect your information?
Does the company’s Web site have good “Frequently Asked Questions” that answer all of your important concerns?
Does the company offer to put you in touch with qualified contractors for installation of the sunroom? Are these contractors already installing their products, or do they have to locate a new contractor?
Are there qualified, licensed and insured contractors in your area that install the company’s products?
What type of glass is available? What type of insulation does the glass provide? Does the company offer ENERGY STAR qualified glass?
Do they provide screens that are interchangeable with glass panels?
