UltraCraft cabinets are not your high-end, luxury cabinets, but they are made from durable materials such as Thermoset and Melamine. They come with a 100-year limited warranty that covers defects in the material and workmanship.
Since UltraCraft offers a wide variety of material choices for their cabinets, cleaning and maintenance will vary. You can find out how to take care of each type of cabinet material here.
Destiny is UltraCraft’s high-end cabinet choice, and has the greatest number of options and styles. Vision is the second line, which is an Italian-style cabinetry that uses Eurotek veneer imported from Italy. The Entree product line is the stock cabinetry option for those on a tight budget.
UltraCraft has come up with a few ways to keep their products looking great. The painted Destiny, Vision, and Eurotek varnishes are catalyzed protectants that keep food, liquid and harsh chemical agents from harming the wood. Acrilux, a shiny gloss varnish, provides less protection but gives a brilliant sheen. Destiny and Entree cabinetry use Thermofoil protection, which makes for a durable composition, but can be subjected to damage from heat.
UltraCraft began in 1986 and has since become a division of Norcraft Companies. They are currently located in Liberty, North Carolina and boast an impressive 213,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and employ over 250 craftsmen, engineers, administrators, and service representatives.
