In business since 2001, Windows America services the Greater Portland Area of Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and parts of Yamhill County. We specialize in selling and installing vinyl replacement windows. Our primary customer is a homeowner with old wood, steel, or aluminum windows that needs to upgrade for energy efficiency, sound control, and increased home value.

As a small company, we work on approximately 120 homes a year. In the process, we treat each customer the way we would want to be treated and provide the best value possible. Company Owner/President Michael Cain says, "My installers are AAMA certified and have been with me for the entire time that I have been in business."

We maintain a clean working environment and leave the home clean when we leave. We will not leave a home unsealed at the end of a day when we are returning to work the next day. We show up when we say we will and finish on or ahead of schedule, staying on the job until it is done. Our company is unique in that we add Z flashing to the bottom of the windows as well as the top for an exceptional installation. We use the best material available for the installation and do a nail fin install on all our jobs. We take the time to measure everything thoroughly and custom order all of our windows to fit precisely, and we have never had to go back and fix an installation problem in the all the years we have been in business.
