Turning Point Home Improvements sells and installs vinyl siding, vinyl windows, and vinyl entry doors. Customers purchasing window or siding installations also have the option of having Turning Point gutters and garage doors installed. Owner Jeremey Fritson says, "We only offer the best products. We have a diverse product line. Most people, if they can afford it, would like to have the best products installed. We don't gouge our customers. We find a fair price that will allow us to make money, but still allow the homeowner to get the best products. We have a laid back approach to our bids. There is absolutely no pressure or 'sign tonight' gimmicks."

Background and Experience

Turning Point Home Improvements has been in business since 2005, but Jeremey has been in the business for years. "I have worked for one of the nation's largest siding and window retailers (Sears). I have also worked for a siding and window manufacturer (Alside). I have experienced the manufacturing end, the retail end, and the consumer side of this type of work."

As owner, Jeremey handles all of the company's project coordination. "This way, the customers know that they will be taken care of and if they have any questions, they know how to get directly to me. We provide our customers with our 'What's Next' form that details the timeline and what to expect during the entire process."

In addition, Turning Point only hires the best contractors. "We add things in our installations that others don't. For example, we wrap the home with Tyvek before we install siding. We can, as an option, drill the frames of old rope and weight windows and insulate those cavities."

Hands on Service and Constant Communication

Turning Point's number one concern with every customer is providing a good product that is installed and backed up properly. "Our relationship is hands on with the customers. We stay in constant communication with all our customers. Communication is the key to ensuring they are comfortable with their choice of products and choosing us to do the work. We absolutely do not want any customer to be unsatisfied. We are trying to build our business with referrals. You don't get referrals from unhappy customers."
