History and Experience

Jose started Torres Construction from the bottom up. Beginning as a general laborer in the industry, Jose's first projects consisted of basic drywall repairs, carpentry, painting, and other general construction areas. He has 13 years behind him in the construction industry. "My experience comes from working with three Bay Area companies in major construction and drywall projects. My industry experience has allowed me to establish a company that will provide excellent quality work and meet customer needs."

Servicing Monterey, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties, Torres Construction handles a full range of remodeling projects, including drywall, framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, floor installation, tile, painting, window installation, and concrete.

Service and Accountability

Torres Construction stays busy Monday through Saturday, year-round. Hours vary depending on projects. A small company with personalized service, Torres Construction currently has three employees, including the owner, to staff the company. "The company has a committed staff that enjoys and loves the construction trades. I personally handle planning, coordinating, and execution of projects through communication with employees and direction from my customers," Jose says.

Throughout the process, the company ensures proper scheduling of projects, labor, and materials. Torres Construction takes special caution to protect and secure the general area where a project will be started. "We communicate with the customer to ensure that everything is in place and protected before starting a project."

Torres Construction likes to establish a stress-free and friendly relationship with the customer. "It is important to listen to our customers' needs and requirements before commencing a project and remembering that a business relationship exists."
