John Dickinson began working in the tile trade approx. 25 years ago with a 5 year apprenticeship in Europe. Through 18 years as journeyman in California he installed vast amounts of marble, granite, slate, limestone, travertine, pavers and ceramic tile as well as glass tile, the latest recycled materials, and numerous floor heating systems.

He obtained his contrator's license in 2005 and still does every installation himself. Being artistic in his approach he pays close attention to the smallest detail and takes great pride in finishing a product that shows true craftmanship. This allowed him to do high end work for homeowners, designers and architects in San Francisco and Marin. He provides accurate estimates and sticks to the proposed budget.
