Solartronics, Inc. is a division of Mulick Construction and Design, Inc. We have been active in the Southern California marketplace for over thirty-five years. Solartronics was founded as a complementary company for MCD, Inc. to offer clients something other than just retrofitting their existing homes or new additions with "green" features. Our company philosophy is "You Deserve Quality." We use the highest grade materials and craftsmanship and we maintain clean and organized job sites. We exhibit a high level of communication throughout the construction or installation experience. We respect your home or business as if it were our own, with little items like temporary job site toilets, property and site protection, and respect for your privacy. All of these factors, combined with our background in General Construction, sets us apart from other solar installation companies. Our emphasis is on customer satisfaction and value. We will design and install a system that makes the most sense, rather than just try to sell a customer the most panels.

Solartronics has designed and installed residential and commercial solar electric systems on all kinds of roofs and with various ground mount applications. We also emphasize energy efficiency by conducting an on-site energy audit. We believe that if our customer is willing to make some adjustments to the type of light bulbs and appliances that they currently use, then we can sell them less system with the same results, costing them less money, and saving them more money.

We are very excited about the direction the State of California is heading in the Alternative Energy field. One of the most interesting and growing fields is in Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). This involves using materials such as windows or roof tiles that are integrated into the building and produce electricity. This is the future of solar electric, and we intend to be on the cutting edge of the technology.

Every customer is different in their concerns about the solar electric sales and installation process. We listen to the customer's concerns, and we address these concerns directly, rather than forcing our own agenda on them. This starts with the initial phone conversation where we don't try to sell ourselves. Instead, we listen to what the client wants solar electric to do for them, be it to reduce their carbon footprint, or to reduce their electric bill.
