Excellent. Extremely knowledgeable. We have been working with them for over two years now and the have done every thing for us from a two car garage to multiple rooms in out home. Also, they didn’t just help with projects that they were working on; when I worked with other contractors on projects like the pool for example, they took the time to check over other peoples work and give us feedback on how well those jobs were going. If they saw any mistakes, flaws, or any resemblance of poor workmanship, they would always suggest what sort of action we should take in order to correct and complete the other project to our satisfaction. They have assisted in situations that they were not even being paid for. They always respond quickly and clean up after themselves daily. Their entire organization is now friends of ours. I have never been disappointed, and have always been delighted with the results. I highly recommend them.

I only remember the people that I have good experiences with, and I recall Pierce very well. The fence was done beautifully and they couldn't be more professional. In fact, I have used them twice, and I would use them again.

The main thing I appreciate about them is how comfortable we were with dick and the crew. They had access to our home when were at work, and never let us down. We have complete faith in their integrity and trust them very much. And when we were home, we didn’t mind having them around. They were kind, courteous and nice to our children. If we ever left a message for dick, he was always quick to call back. They do a great job and are very thorough. Can’t think of a single complaint.
I am very happy with their work, and I have referred them to many of my friends. I just felt they were upstanding in all areas. Everything was always completed by the time they promised unless I added some unforeseen changes, and in that case, they adapted and adjusted quickly and effectively. Our project was a total success.
I am using them a second time right now. The first job was perfect. I have had experiences with contractors in the past, and generally, they say they will show up on a certain date or a certain time, but they rarely do. Dick is always there when he says he will be.
They were great. In fact, we called them a year later with a question that had nothing to do with the work they did for us, and they spoke to us three or four times to help us through the process of getting our problem solved. This meant nothing to them as far as money, but they were very willing to lend a hand. There follow up has always been excellent.
