Pell Air & Heating services the greater Los Angeles area, including San Bernardino, Orange Counties, Palm Springs, and Woodland Hills. Family-owned and operated since 2003, our goal is to serve your needs in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

We offer free detailed estimates and one-day installation on residential and small commercial applications. We’ve developed a plan of action, carried out by the office staff all the way to the ground level installers, through which we can complete a full install for our customers in one day. Our system, experience, and knowledge of heating and air conditioning come from an extensive installation background. We pride ourselves on delivering what is a mechanical possibility, not an empty assurance.

About the Owner

Josh Pellerin comes from a family of contractors. In 2003, he and his wife founded Pell Air & Heating, Inc. By then, he had already spent 14 years working in the trade.

During his years with other companies, Josh saw how important it was to give the personal touch to customers by doing one-day installations, organizing install crews, and cleaning up after a day’s work. Josh makes sure to be very accessible to his customers, listening to their needs and working with them to make the best choices regarding their heating and air conditioning needs.

“I enjoy helping every customer receive honest workmanship for their investment,” Josh says.

Our Quality, One-Day Installs

Our goal at Pell Air & Heating is to install a system that best suits the homeowner, giving our customers a quality install with each and every service call. All our installs are meticulously planned days before the promised completion date. We arrive with a crew; each crew member has a job assignment and the equipment and materials needed to complete our one-day install.

Building a working relationship with all parties involved is part of our service as an HVAC contractor. “I know the strain of remodeling schedules on a home,” Josh says. “I am readily accessible to both homeowners and their contractors to help clarify any details of our HVAC systems.”
