Olson Design and Construction, owned and managed by Steve Olson. For 15 years Steve has worked as a craftsman and project manager in the design and remodeling of custom residential and commercial environments. Steve is a California Licensed General Contractor and has studied design at The Academy of Art College in San Francisco.
The skills and services of ODC are specifically tailored to meet the needs of discerning Bay Area clients who are interested in enhancing their homes or offices in either small or substantial ways. Our three core services include: Consulting - for home owners with that "do-it-yourself" drive, Design - optimizing room layout and natural flow patterns resulting in CAD drawings; and, Carpentry - the actual deconstruction and reconstruction of a space
