Negotiated Projects
Bring your project and ideas to Multi-M Contracting, and we will assist in finding an appropriate architect or opt for a design/build project option. Working with you and the selected architect, we lend our construction expertise in keeping the scope of the project in line with the budget. Multi-M Contracting then provides a fixed price contract for construction. These projects tend to have the greatest client satisfaction.
Design/Build Projects
In a design/build project, Multi-M Contracting is responsible for both the design and the construction of your project. This is a viable option when projects are fairly straight-forward with minimal design needs. We utilize this method predominately in basic additions and remodels. This enables the owner to change ideas and layouts as we move forward. We've done many of these projects very successfully. The homeowners love them, and so do we!
Cost Plus Projects
This type of contract is great for repair work that has multiple unknowns (mostly rot repair) and for homeowners who prefer to make changes. This can eliminate the markups of change orders. Be advised that a cost plus contract is not a fixed price. The cost of the project can vary greatly and is only dependent upon the amount of damage and changes the homeowner makes.
