In business since June of 2000, Modern Exteriors services the Virginia Counties of Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Arlington, as well as the Maryland County of Montgomery. We offer quality remodeling at exceptional prices.

We handle projects big and small, and our flexible scope of work ranges from $3,000 to $100,000 jobs. Our workload is never too much to prevent us from getting a job started within a month, and our highly qualified staff is ready to help homeowners from design to completion, getting you the most project for the money. With your input, we will guide you in a cost effective layout to produce a project you can be proud of for years to come.

Our Process

First and foremost to establishing the most professional results possible is following ICPI and manufacturer’s guidelines, thus bringing the homeowners’ desires and the representatives’ knowledge together.

When the project starts, real magic begins with our professional installation team that puts their many years of practice into making a project look as best as it can be. One of Modern Exteriors’ true assets is the way our installation team understands our commitment to making the homeowner happy. Throughout the process, we encourage the homeowner to get involved so that we may cater to slight modifications without additional cost to them.
