McEachron Homes has been in business since 1976, covering the Sacramento to Stockton area of the Central Valley as well as the foothills.  As a family-owned company, we love working with people and helping them make one of the biggest life decisions: building a home or remodeling. 

Company History

President Jason McEachron’s father started the company as a framing contractor and as a result, Jason and his 3 brothers all grew up in the trades. “We have a very hands-on approach to building as a result of our early days,” Jason says.

What We Do

With a focus on residential construction, we offer a very diverse workload that includes building large custom homes, small guest houses, and room additions and completing kitchen remodels, small bathroom remodels, framing jobs, and remodeling of all kinds.

We are confident in saying our staff is the best! We communicate very well and treat people with the respect that they deserve. We believe in educating our customers on the process and products that are available to them. We work hard to develop systems that keep our projects organized so the building process goes smoothly and stress free.

Our service to you includes expertise from the following personnel who are dedicated to daily communication and customer service:

  • In-house estimator who handles our bids.
  • In-house ASID certified Interior Designer who helps our clients with all of their selections that need to be made.
  • Office staff, receptionist, and book keeping.
  • Full-time project managers.
  • In-house labor crews that provide: Framing, Demo, Granite, Tile, Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical.

Planning & Scheduling

Planning is at the top of the list for preparation.  Knowing what the client is trying to achieve and meeting those expectations really sets the path for us to know where we are heading.  Every client is different and has different needs; we try to meet them. 

We begin by scheduling a project properly, a crucial step for the clients to understand the construction process and how it will affect them and their family.

We try to prepare customers for the process of having remodeling done on their home.  If the project requires a client to temporarily relocate, then the day-to-day interaction with the project is much easier. If the client stays in the home while the work is being completed, then we try to minimize the discomfort that this process brings and try to get the project done in a timely manner.
