Mass Construction is only two years old, but between the three partners, the company offers over 50 years of combined construction experience. Founded by company president Joe Massaro, who started the company out of his home, Mass Construction operates on the principle of not being the biggest, but the best.
Company vice president Nick Gramprie has been on board since the first year. Gramprie says quality and satisfaction set the company apart from others in the industry. - First Impression: "When we first meet with a homeowner we want to know how we can serve the homeowner in their best interest. We also want to make a friend; it is hard to trust a person to take care of your home when they feel like a stranger."
- Preparation: "We strive to get as much information as possible to try to ensure a more accurate bid. The more information we have the more accurate our bid can be."
- Drawings: "We take measurements to recreate the project for ourselves and our subcontractors. Floor plans allow us to better plan the process and the necessary steps to complete the project in a timely manner and keep the high standard of quality."
- Scope of work: "After the initial meeting with the homeowner we put together a scope of work to further outline in detail the steps in the construction process and the materials being used. This gives the homeowner the specific information needed to allow them to work within their budget."
- Schedule: "After work begins the homeowner is given a copy of the construction schedule so they know what is happening and when. This helps to keep the homeowner more involved in the process to ensure the final product is exactly what they dreamed of."
- Project Management: "Every project has a specific superintendent that oversees the project from start to finish. The homeowner has someone that they can contact for questions, concerns, changes, or just progress reports."
