A decade ago, Gary Ruiz opened the doors to Maranatha Construction, providing homeowners In Los Angeles and Orange County with a better choice for new construction, additions, door and window replacements, roofing, and every other interior remodeling need. Soon after, Gary's partner Brian Levredge joined him in the endeavor to provide the best work at the most reasonable price. Together, Gary and Brian have over 25 years of remodeling experience. I try to find other issues that will come up as they relate to the scope of the project. The customer may not be thinking about these issues, so we try to educate them as much about the construction process as possible," says Brian.

"There are a lot of guys out there who'll lowball a bid just to get a job. They know full well they'll need change orders to get job the job done, charging as much and even more than the higher bids."
