Brandon explains that the process usually starts with professionally measuring the customer's kitchen, followed by putting the order into production. This can consist of anything from building custom cabinets to building doors to finishing. When the cabinets and accessories are ready, Kitchen Concepts will check all the parts and set up an installation date. All of the company's parts are checked for quality control on three occasions: Upon completed build phase, upon drop-off at the finish phase, and upon pick-up to start the job.
