Justin Kelly Contracting (JKC) is based out of Cambridge and services the greater metro area in high-end residential and commercial remodeling. We have been in business as JKC since 2002.

JKC grew from a high-end finish carpentry company, expanding to full-service remodeling to better serve existing and future customers. Our philosophy is customer satisfaction throughout the entire process of remodeling. We take strides to separate ourselves from the stereotypical contractor.

We are a company of 10 employees: President/Foreman/Estimator, Office manager, 3 Carpenters, 1 Apprentice, 2 Laborers, and 2 painters. We do most projects with in-house labor for quality control and manage and subcontract all specialty trades and mechanicals. We have 3 company trucks and a 1,200 sq. ft. shop and storage facility. We specialize in historic restoration and full gut remodels. We also do repairs and maintenance for many restaurants and nightclubs as well as our residential customers.

JKC stands out from many of our competitors because of our honesty, integrity, and experience.  While focusing on value, we stay away from "low bid" customers and contractors. Preparation is a large part of our build process, as are associated cost and value. Concern for the customer's comfort, health, and trust is apparent in our site protection systems. We stand behind all of our work and put customer satisfaction first.

As a result, we've built the reputation for delivering an excellent product. We find customer awareness and involvement adds a very rewarding aspect to the remodeling process. We address and appreciate green building.

Homeowners are wary of all the stereotypical contractors that disappear, don't communicate, or show poor workmanship. Our local business generates customer referrals because we don't have these issues. All our employees have cell phones and vehicles. Our company president, Justin Kelly, and the office manager have Blackberry's for email. Justin Kelly has a mobile laptop/tablet PC with him at all times. He is on the phone approximately 30 hours a week and is always communicating via email. In other words, you won't have any trouble reaching him!
