J P Whitney Construction was founded in 1978 by John P. Whitney and Lyle
Frohman joined the company in 2001. John has worked in construction nearly
30 years and has built custom homes all over the Peninsula. Lyle has 18
years of project management experience, 10 of them at Hewlett-Packard.
