These guys are great. They are very personable. Johnson and Madrigal keep a great crew. Always very respectful, professional, and maintain a work environment that is comfortable for the homeowner to be around. Whenever anyone asked for a construction company, I never recommend anyone else.
I’ve worked with Rick Madrigal many times. They most recently added a large addition to my home. The process went smoother than I ever could have imagined, but that’s what I expect when working with these guys. Rick has many many years of experience, and no matter the project or task, he always knows what he’s doing. He is a master of his craft. I am a broker, and the first name I refer to clients or homeowners is Johnson and Madrigal Construction.
The project went very well. They were professional, reliable, and I would hire them again.
Good people. Did not leave until they made sure I was happy with the completed project. They went out of their way to satisfy my requests, even when what I wanted done was not in our contract. Never any problems or hassles. I will definitely use them again. Absolutely no complaints.
