We would like your feedback. Please rate this contractor:
I wanted to thank you for taking the time to come out to my house to assess my damage and to explain my options to me. The guys that came out to do the work were very professional and very nice. They did a beautiful job and I wanted them and you to know that we really appreciate their work. It looks very nice - and now we no longer have birds building nests up in our attic (smile). Thanks again for always being so helpful.
Dear Danny,
My husband and I wish to thank you and your company for the beautiful job you have done on our house.
You and your company certainly live by the golden rule. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, is exactly what you did for us.
We had so called professionals work on the house before, the result was a disaster. My daughter-in-law came to our rescue by giving us your name and phone number.
You came and talk to us face to face giving us ideas for repairing and fixing our home.
The job done by you is perfect. I am so happy with the windows and doors installed by your Integrity. There are no gaps, no sags, and no drafts. I highly recommend you to anyone wishing to have work done on their home. Your phone number is in our phone book, ready to be dialed when your service is needed. We once more thank you for a job well done. Your service was courteous, polite and friendly.
We wish you well,
Best regards,
Jim and Madeleine Witten
I was very pleased with the work that Integrity did in replacing all my windows.
They were very skilled and efficient and they cleaned up after they finished.
Mr. Peterson was very honest and sincere and he gave me a good price.
I would highly recommend Integrity to anyone - they truly live up to their name.
About three weeks ago I called to ask that someone come out and look at the roofing job which was done last summer because some water was getting in between where the back gutter connects to the house and the newly-shinged eave, thus dripping down right at the patio doors were one enters/exits the house. My husband wondered if it was a shingling issue.
A vehicle of employees showed up and the gentleman got his ladder and inspected the area in question. He explained that it was not a roofing problem, per se, but that the gutter was angled incorrectly and a couple of the screws had come loose, thereby making a gap where the water was coming down the eave before it actually got to the gutter. He went ahead and tightened the screws even though the problem was not the roofing. Before I could ask him what the charge was for that, he was gone!! I wanted to thank you for running a business that has an "old-fashioned" kindness about it - to correct a problem that did not really "belong" to you. It was so surprising to me, and I intended to write a thank you note much sooner than today. So I apologize for my delay, but I thank you again for the kind service done that day that DID eliminate the dripping water at my patio doors!!
