HL Design Build was formed in 2002 to offer superior craftsmanship, design, and customer service to homeowners in the greater Phoenix Arizona area. Specializing in both residential and commercial remodeling and renovation, we provide complete custom designed homes, from design through construction, as well as major renovations, additions, and kitchen and bath remodels.

Using the design-build approach, we have the means to take full responsibility for your project, from the interior design phase to all general contracting work. While delegating your product to in-house specialists in the most efficient manner possible, we will complete the work faster and with a greater response rate to your needs and budget.

We approach our work with your interests at heart. Our goal is to shepherd you through what often appears to be a potentially torturous path from a starting point to realization. We see ourselves as your partner in this journey, providing a technical lens through which to filter your desires and needs, bringing them safely through construction design, cost, and scheduling. Like the travel agent, our clients tell us where they want to be and we make sure they get there in a way that’s joyful, meaningful, and memorable, not only in terms of the journey, but the outcome.
