We are a family owned and managed company boasting over 18 years of experience in the South Bay Area. We take a design-build approach to every job in order to streamline the process and save you money. We know and understand the concerns of building and remodeling you may have, so we work hard at researching info and providing answers to your questions and solutions to your problems.

Company owner and president, Edgar R. Bowie, has over 30 years of experience under his belt as well as a unique understanding of every aspect of home building. It is his hard work ethic -- starting as a rank-and-file union apprentice before working his way up to job superintendent -- that permeates the whole of E.R.B. Construction.

At E.R.B. we have extensive experience in projects both large and small, from hospitals and schools to bathroom remodels, yet never get too big for our britches. We maintain a core group of quality carpenters and laborers and try not to have more than a few projects on line at one time. This enables us to provide intimate service to each and every client.

We take pains to maintain a clean and safe environment for homeowners, including dust barriers, floor protection, as well as covering driveways, patios, and landscape. Not only do we maintain close communication with clients but also with subcontractors, including screening in validating the contractor and employees and utilizing tailgate and safety meetings to perpetuate a safe, fun, and communicative job site.

As owner, Edgar Bowie still enjoys working in the field with the wood and the sawdust, and is thus able to supervise the job while building an exceptional relationship with clients.
