"Turning ideas into reality"

Element Construction's founder and president, Jeff Thiel, opened the company's doors in 2003. A passion for carpentry and remodeling, combined with the experience to take a leadership role within the industry, motivated Thiel to strike out on his own. With ten years of experience in the trades behind him, Thiel understands that homeowners seek out contractors they can trust and have positive communication with.

"A strong relationship between a contractor and client is crucial during the process of remodeling," Thiel says. "Although I have faced challenges during projects, I've always been able to solve any situation, giving the client a sense of ease during a stressful situation." He adds that clients appreciate constant communication and knowing they can be as involved in the project as they want to be. "As a builder over the past years, I have learned the importance of every detail and its effects on the entire project. By maintaining close contact with the client, the process is more exciting than stressful.

Element Construction provides a wide range of remodeling expertise, from 2nd story additions to minor home repairs. Other projects include bath and kitchen remodels, decks, and window and door installations. The process begins with a preparation phase where Element Construction provides pre-construction evaluations, budgets, and estimations, as well as covers the clients' wants and needs. During the process, each step of the process is explained in detail, and realistic completion dates are always met with efficiency and consideration for the clients' budget. Thiel says, "I am really consistent with staying on budget while not sacrificing quality of work and products. It is crucial that the customers get what they're paying for and feel 100% with the turnout."

As a result, Element Construction stands out for timeliness, craftsmanship, and the critical benefit of creating trusting relationships. "Every client I have worked with has given positive feedback and appreciation," Thiel says. At the same time, Thiel himself is rewarded. As a contractor, he enjoys the opportunity to be hands-on with projects and learn something new every day. "One of my strongest traits is being a problem-solver. I enjoy being faced with challenges and overcoming all obstacles that may come during the process. It is important to meet the expectations that customers have."

In addition to superior service on the job site, Element Construction strives to meet homeowner expectations by staying up to date with new ideas and current trends, whether it's finding ways to be eco-friendly or comparing alternatives for a particular project. With this kind of attention to the value of remodeling, you can't go wrong with Element Construction.
