From 1987-1997 two close friends worked for some of the Bay Area's largest home improvement companies. What they noticed over the years with these companies were stressful work environments, constant employee turnover, nonexistent referral business, and mediocre customer satisfaction. In short, both friends realized there was no hope for the future that they had envisioned when entering into the industry all those years ago.
