Rafi Petrossian, owner of Cross Connection Construction, has over two decades of remodeling experience. "For instance, if people are sensitive to dust, the first thing we'll do is cover all the walls to prevent further dust from going around the house."

Rafi says he seeks to have a happy customer in the end. "At the end of the job, they will thank me and appreciate the quality of service and the relationship. That's why I've been in the business for over 21 years. I listen and I'm always open to their concerns. We take any requested steps to improve or to achieve customer satisfaction, as long as we stay within the contract. I do my utmost for our customers. We have so many resources we can provide them. I give them the right direction to make the right choices."

Rafi adds that Cross Connection is not an inexpensive company to hire. But customers will pay for quality and results that outperform the company's warranty. "We've never had call backs on our jobs. When a job is done in an excellent way, it only needs to be done once."
