Creative By Design has offered kitchen remodels, bath remodels, and complete home renovations to residents of the greater eastside and Seattle areas since 2007. However, General Contractor and company founder Adam Seyler has worked on homes for the past decade.

"I started out buying homes at foreclosure auctions. I would fix the homes up then sell them," Adam says. "The quality of work that I performed and the intelligent design ideas I came up with allowed me to sell homes quickly. Soon people learned of the quality of work I performed, which made me a desired contractor for home remodels and renovations."

Creative By Design makes it a point to guarantee a home renovation project done right and on budget, every time. "My company is family owned and operated," Adam says. "I take much pride in providing quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service with very competitive pricing."

The company specializes in cabinet installation, custom trim work, and simple to elaborate tile design and installation. Customers are sure to get personal attention directly from the company owner and a small construction crew. An in-house architect and designer are readily available for consultation. In addition, Creative By Design works with numerous wholesalers to keep costs down. These savings are passed directly to the homeowners.

Passion for Creating

Adam considers the finished product to be the most important part of any remodel job. He has an eye for detail and superior finish carpentry skills. If he doesn't do all the finish work himself, he closely oversees it.

"I love to create! Coming from an artistic background (I've painted murals throughout Seattle and the eastside) and having such a passion for real estate, I saturate my life with it which keeps me on top of new trends and design ideas for almost any budget," Adam says. "I absolutely love what I do and it shows in the finished product."

Environmental Awareness

Creative By Design also practices green remodeling, using a drop box company called Renu to recycle construction debris and lessen the harmful impact of the remodel on the environment. The company is involved in the effort to purchase earth-friendly products, which are becoming easier and more affordable to obtain.

Working with Homeowners

Creative By Design is aware that most homeowners don't understand the process of remodeling a home. Adam makes every effort to answer questions as they come up, explaining the steps and how long they will take in detail. "I want the homeowner to feel comfortable calling me, even when the project is done, to ask general maintenance questions or how to change a specialty bulb. Just because the dust has settled and I have left doesn't mean I can't give them further assistance when they need it. FYI, one of my closest friends is a past client."
