I spoke with a rep from Cardo windows and they were very good. The rep especially understood my situation which is different than most home owners. I live in a co-op and yes I do own my share (apt.) however, as co-op rules and regs go I cannot just go ahead with an improvement in my apt. even if it is for the greater good of the coorporation. So that part was very very helpful. I will call them in the future because I was very pleased with the people who represented the company.

Cardo Windows (Castle Windows), had exactly what we wanted, spent over 2 hours with us going over every question I had. The sales person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about his product line. Every concern I had was addresses directly in the contract. We signed with them the same day. Since then they have followed-up with an installer coming to our home to take exact measurements and go over with me exactly what would be done and how it would be done. We had also looked at other contractors in our area (e.g. Lowes, Home Depot, Sears) and the price agreed upon with Castle Windows was significantly lower.
