C & C Partners Home

CERCAP, Inc. and C&C Partners service Frederick County, MD. We have been in business 5 years. Both of the founding partners, Peter and Philip, were in commercial management of hotels and restaurants for over 20 years prior to starting up the corporation. Today, CERCAP, Inc. is the parent company of C&C Partners, the trade name for the construction aspect of the business. We do all residential and light commercial work, including emergency and handyman services. From a $50.00 repair to a million dollar house, we take on all sizes of work.

Company Philosophy

Our company motto is "Exceeding customer expectations on a daily basis." We strive to provide personal service and bring value to each and every project. Most of our competitors miss something that we provide in our lineup. We are a cutting edge company certified by the NAHB as Green Professionals.

These days, everyone is going "green." However, only true professionals are attending the certification classes, like we did this past summer. C&C believes that going green is a complete philosophy of building, not simply changing an incandescent bulb with a new compact fluorescent bulb. It involves a global approach to how we run our company to how we help the clients become more green themselves. It takes a lot more than people realize.

Staff Organization

Both of the partners are hands on, from sales to punch out, and one of the partners is always assigned as the project leader on every contract. Clients are thrilled when they know that the partners are actually going to do the work. We always work with the homeowner directly and they have our direct phone numbers, which are on from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day of the week.

Still, with sales at an all-time high, we have hired several professionals with similar skills. Now our team can handle most projects that come across our table. After years of operation, C&C has developed contacts and "partnerships" with dozens of local subcontractors, from theater room specialists, to hardscape experts. We are involved in the local building groups, and retain only matching subcontractors who are respected in the community. We also work off an exclusive referral network.

From our uniforms to our local radio presence, Frederick County clients know that they will have a clean cut, shaven, non smoking team show up at their door. We use extensive computer software, and keep ourselves up on the latest building trends. As a whole, the C&C family can build you a palace.

Superior Project Management

For each project, there are documents that we have developed to ensure that every step of the project is addressed. We have weekly team meetings similar to a law firm, where each project is reviewed and tweaked until the job is done. There are established client review stages throughout the project, where the work is checked before moving to the next phase. Also, the team members are always empowered to make decisions that favor the client; there are no shortcuts.

We also take a very personal approach to home remodeling. The partners will personally introduce each employee or sub to the client before allowing them to work alone. We send out hundreds of holiday cards every year. Most of our clients treat us like family after a project is completed.

Not only do we provide free design build for most projects, we also are certified with Wells Fargo Financial to aid in the financing for our clients' projects. Again, another professional dimension that many of our competitors do not offer.
