Owner and founder Jim Bartee explains that he and two partners started Bellagio Remodeling with the customer in mind. As previous project managers, all three contractors decided they could provide a better service through their own company. Since its inception, Bellagio Remodeling has offered top quality at affordable prices.
"The customer has access to us. A lot of other contractors in this industry have salesmen, so homeowners don't get to talk to an actual contractor. We always have somebody on site; we sit with the client and work with them. This helps with the pricing, too. Since we don't have salesmen, we don't have to give out commissions," Bartee says.
