Baldwin Remodeling, LLC, is a kitchen and bath remodeling company located in Calvert County, Maryland. We have over 20 years of trade experience and can provide everything from home design through installation, including tile, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. If you can imagine it -- we can build it.
We are a family-owned, owner run company and have been in business since 1997.
Though kitchens and baths are our specialty, we can take care of any project that you have inside your home. Whether you have a high-end job or a low-end job, you will receive the same attention to detail. Any job we do is worth doing right; it all begins with the concept you provide and ends with a well-designed project from top to bottom.
Our owner and founder, Craig Baldwin, is more than just an installer, but a craftsman who will help you design your new home and personally handle the entire job with a workmanship that surpasses others in the industry. While most contractors specialize only in one facet of the industry, Craig can take the job from design to completion, using over two decades of experience in the business to inform him through complex decisions.
We make sure our customers are satisfied with all the materials they chose by working with them personally through the selection process. We keep the whole process as painless as possible, accommodating your needs and minimizing the disruption remodeling can take on your life. Dear Angela & Craig, I am writing letter to commend your company on the recent renovation of my home. I personally interviewed, screened and received bids from six (6) different remodeling contractors for a kitchen and bath renovation of my home. Several of these screenings involved large companies that deal exclusively in the kitchen and bath industry. Personally, I was unimpressed. It should be noted that this is an older home and there were unrelated issues that had to be dealt with outside the scope of the kitchen and bath renovations. Many of these companies could and/or would not do so. While I had higher and lower bids than was submitted by Baldwin Remodeling, I found through my research that the pricing was very fair given the quality, workmanship and scope of the renovation. Additionally, I was impressed with Craig’s ideas, knowledge and professionalism. His ability to analyze and recommend appropriate solutions to potential and/or encountered problems was impressive. He was always on time and literally worked non-stop while on-the-job. There are very few people or companies that have received a letter of commendation and/or a written recommendation from me. In fact, I have dealt with unethical builders and contractors in the past. To their dismay, they lost when I took them through the mediation and court process(es). I note this only to advise the reader of this letter that I found Craig to be honest, upfront and extremely proficient in all areas of this project. I would like to take the time and thank Craig for doing such an awesome job on our kitchen. After years of putting off having the kitchen remodeled because of my in home daycare business we decided in April to do the work. I would highly recommend Craig Baldwin. He was so easy to work with, showed for work on time everyday, was very friendly to all my daycare kids (whom still ask when he is coming back), cleaned up and left the place very neat before calling it a day. All of these thing were important to me but what I'm the happiest with is the finished job. I love our new kitchen it is so functional now, Craig's influence on my decision making was key he has such a great mind for design and I went with most everything he suggested. He does a great job and we have had a good experience with him. He is very detail oriented. Every time he said he was going to be here he was here and he was very reliable. He really takes pride in his work because he is the owner and the one who does the work. It really makes a difference. We highly recommend him.
