They did what they said they were going to do and everything came in on budget. I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past, and by my experience, these are rare qualities for contractors. They earned my trust, and they really came through. They went above and beyond.
Susan was amazing to deal with. She was very understanding, and talking to another woman made it easy for me. Susan has a great eye. I made two mistakes, and she took care of them both. I picked a tile that did not go well, and as soon as she saw it, she called me to tell me what she thought. I took a look at it and she was absolutely right, we then rethought the tile and I couldn’t be happier. The same thing happened with a paint color I chose. Once it was already on the walls, she called me with some advice. She made sure we changed it, because she knew I wouldn’t be happy with the look. she could have easily just left things in way that wouldn’t have looked good, but she took an interest in making sure all the colors, designs and patterns went together as best they could.
They built my entire home and it is perfect. Everything was done on time and on budget. Great crew. No problems.
They were fabulous. They added an office complex and updated a pool at my nursery school, while the school was still operating. The children here are between the ages of 12 months and 6 years, so safety was crucial. There was never even a loose screw, nor was there any other object or unguarded area that could cause harm to one of the children. Families and children were able to come and go with no inconvenience or problems. We were able to function fully. The job was completed flawlessly and on time. It was a great experience working with them and they exceeded all my expectations. I am very impressed by how well they accommodated our needs. Great job.
