Company History
A fairly new venture servicing remodeling requests in Central California, At Home began with the collective expertise of founding members with close to 50 years of collective remodeling, sales, and installation experience. Projects range anywhere from windows, patios, or siding to entry doors, exterior insulation, or additions.
Staff Organization
Unlike other construction companies with an unreliable subcontractor base, At Home maintains a long-lasting relationship with subcontractors, who are carefully screened by owner Jason Bice. "I've created relationships with subcontractors." This way, all parties are more strongly invested in the success of each remodeling project.
Customer Satisfaction
Even before the construction work begins, At Home is hard at work with the design and preparation stages. "We make sure we are on the same page with the homeowners. Designing is the key to make this process successful. We design, consult, design, consult. In the process, communication is key," Jason says.
General Remodeling talks homeowners through the entire remodeling process and backs up its experience with Better Business Bureau ratings, references, and an extensive catalogue of previous jobs that homeowners are invited to view.
"When I meet with them, homeowners are happy in the beginning and happy in the end. And I like seeing customers happy with what feels to them like a brand new home."
