AIC Construction owner and founder Alonso Castillo grew up around the construction trade. His father was a general contractor, and his first job at the age of 19 was in a cabinet shop. From there, Alonso went on as a laborer for a home remodeling company, only to become the lead carpenter within six months. Alonso's success, however, is not due to luck, but a genuine affinity for the construction trade.

With his own company, Alonso pays close attention to detail, performing quality work to maintain a stellar reputation among his clients. Alonso is not satisfied with anything less than perfect, ensuring that his work is second-to-none in every instance.

AIC Construction is named after his family's initials. Family is a priority to Alonso, who believes in supporting his wife and children by making his company the best that it can be. This means being attentive to the little things as well as the big picture. Alonso's crew of three was handpicked by Alonso himself, and he doesn't plan on growing larger. "I want to keep the company small so I can ensure the quality of my work and continue to give attention to the details of every job."

AIC Construction is committed to all phases of remodeling and construction, from carpentry and painting to laying foundation and drywall. AIC Construction also specializes in water and fire damage restoration, bringing damaged homes back to livability. No matter what the project, though, Alonso and his crew treat every job as if they were working on their own homes. "I take every job personally," Alonso says.
