Well I have worked with Cory and 3cs over and over for 7 years now. I manage foreclosure properties. Cory would go out of his way to visit the properties, and use his expertise to suggest what needs to be done in order to get them ready for the market. Always recommends cost affective ways to achieve the best results. Stand up guy and a great partner in business. Always a pleasure working with 3c's.
