		<description>It is hard to tell if your roof condition is good enough to go through the winter, especially when your shingles are close to the end of useable life [in 1990s the most common shingle used was 15 years to 20 years shingle]. Also, we don&#039;t know how rought the coming winter will be. If your roof has some symptoms of a leaky roof, near the end of it&#039;s useable life and you can afford it, change it.
It is not worth risking your home, your interior content and your family to water damage caused by leaky roof in winter.</description>
