When we both our house 23 years ago we thought it was the perfect house. Nonetheless, our kitchen did not work well for since we both like to cook. Later, we ended up totally remodeling and enlarging it to fit our needs. We have remodeled our house in stages for 20+ years. All our remodels have been a perfect experience, so have the contractors, and all have been within budget. We wrote a book called The Happy Remodelers to share our experiences and solutions to most remodeling projects with other homeowners.
