Can’t Afford Designer Furniture? Build it with LEGOs!

Think LEGOs are reserved for the under-ten crowd? And despite the desire to cut corners and save cash, buying the LEGOs individually (in order to get the desired colors in mass quantity) costs approximately 10-26 cents per block. But with an end-product that looks this good, I’d say it was definitely worth it. lego furniture legs Each block was painstakingly glued together one-by-one using clear PVC glue. In the end, it still wasn’t sturdy enough to hold the weight of an average person, but is able to handle a few knickknacks and books. So it became the perfect coffee table/art piece/conversation starter. I’ve been thinking about buying a new couch, but maybe I’ll pick up a set of LEGOs instead…
