I agree, though there is a lot of gadgetry out there that serves a redundant purpose, doing things we could easily do ourselves. And those gadgets take a lot of energy to make, often winding up as waste. That’s why I like this battery, which doesn’t require the addition of a charger. The USBCell seems like an incredibly convenient way to recharge batteries. It seems to me as if green gadgets are finally becoming more and more useful, not just energy efficient.
