<description>When we first bought our house 23 years ago we thought is was the perfect house. It wasn&#039;t long thereafter that we noticed that some things didn&#039;t work as well for us. For example, we both like to cook but the kitchen wasn&#039;t designed for two people using it at the same time. We liked our location so there was no reason to move. No long after we started to remodel the house. We have remodeled our house in stages during the past 20+ years and always had happy results. We wrote a book called The Happy Remodelers to offer our experience to other homewoners that may plan remodeling their houses. If you are planning to stay at your home, a new bathroom, kitchen, or addition may add much enjoyment to your life.
