Outstanding Work, Good prices! We recently had Metropolitan Construction Services install a new roof for us. After getting 3 estimates (and some very high pressure tactics from one of the companies) we had Metropolitan Construction Services install our new roof. They showed up in time, finished on schedule, answered all our questions, cleaned up afterwards and even put protection on our shrubbery while working. The rep (Johnm) who first came out to our house was great, he explained everything to us so we could understand what would be done (by far was the best presentation we received and the quickest). He didn't high pressure us, when we called back ready to sign the contract John came back and took care of everything for us. We were a little concerned about having the work done and making sure it was done right. Metropolitan Construction Services took care of everything and made sure it was done right. All our neighbors are complementing us on our roof (one of our neighbors is having Metropolitan do their roof too) . Some of the other companies might have done a good job but we felt best about Metropolitan. We are very glad we had them install our new roof!
the sale guy was nice . he arrived on time . he really listen and did not try to sell me that day . he was the best estimate and also the best sale rep by far, i look forward to working with his company.
